Add Modify or Delete a DHCP IP Pool
Step 1. On the Edge Services Gateway (ESG) click DHCP -> Pools then click the + sign. Specify the Start IP, End IP, Lease Time, and DNS or Domain settings then hit OK
Note: To Modify a DHCP IP Pool, simply click the Pencil Icon and to Delete a DHCP IP Pool click the Red X.
Enable DHCP Service
Step 2. Click on Enable next to DHCP Service Status
Step 3. Select Publish Changes
Configure DHCP Static Bindings
There are two types of bindings you can create, a VM NIC Binding or a MAC Binding
Step 4. To configure a VM NIC Binding select Bindings then click the + sign. Highlight the Use VM NIC Binding radio button, then specify the Interface, VM Name, VM vNIC Index, IP Address and Hostname then click OK
Step 5. To configure a MAC Binding select Bindings then click the + sign. Highlight the Use MAC Binding radio button. Specify the MAC Address, Hostname, and IP address then hit OK
Step 6. Click Publish Changes
Once you have configured the DHCP Service, you can confirm that the DHCP Service is working correctly, including any DHCP bindings you have created.
