Deploy vShield Endpoints

vShield Endpoints installs a new VIB and service VM on every host in the cluster. It is a prerequisite for Data Security, Activity Monitoring, and third party vendors like Palo Alto firewalls and TrendMicro.
Step 1. Log into the vSphere Web Client and navigate to Networking & Security -> Installation -> Service Deployments
Step 2. Click the + icon and select Guest Introspection and click Next. Note: In previous versions it is called vShield Endpoint.
Step 3. Select the Datacenter and Cluster then click Next
Step 4. Select the Datastore, Network, and IP assignment then hit Next
Step 5. Confirm your settings, then click Finish

    NSX_Series :
trunk port use for L2VPN on NSX
please can you help me to understand this point , why here in trunk
interface i will need to associate it with port_group meaning this
trunk port when you associate it
with port group you will assign it in one vlan ,

i think during creation of DVS port_group that you will attach your
link in it you left it as non vlan please confirm or allow all vlans ?

Hi Mokhtar, was this comment specific to a different post? Can you link to the document you are referencing, I apologize but I don’t think I am understanding the question.
